Jill True
B.S., H.I.S.
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Jill graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Services. She has been working in the Northern Colorado area for seven years as a Hearing Instrument Specialist, and in the medical field for the last 20 years.
Jill enjoys the field of audiology because it allows her to build relationships with her patients and their families. She loves how improving the hearing of her patients helps connect them with their loved ones and the world around them. In 2015, she had the privilege of going on a mission trip with the Starkey Hearing Foundation to Congo and Democratic Republic of Congo to fit hearing devices to those without access to better hearing. She works primarily from the Boulder office, also helping with the administrative aspects of the department, and is credentialed to work with several third-party hearing aid distributers.
Jill loves to spend time with her three adult children and her husband, Brad. She also enjoys running marathons, hiking the beautiful Colorado mountains, and is currently training to climb Kilimanjaro!

Gina Muhlberg
M.A., CCC-A
Gina earned her Master’s Degree in Audiology from the University of Colorado. She did her undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland where a passionate professor influenced her decision to become an audiologist. She holds her clinical certification from the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association. Gina has spent most of her professional career working in ENT practices with an emphasis on hearing aid fitting. She participated in the Boulder Community Hospital Foundation medical mission to Mante, Mexico as part of a team of audiologists which provides over 300 hearing aids annually. She was a member of Rotary and a president of her club in east Boulder County.
Gina is committed to patient satisfaction. With today’s complex digital technology combined with issues of comfort and acceptance, it takes a professional dedicated to finding the right solution for each individual. Gina researches the latest in features like rechargeable hearing devices; bluetooth technology, and the smallest invisible devices to achieve the best fit possible. As well she recognizes each person’s needs and continual follow up to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
Gina enjoys all the outdoor activities of Colorado, loves music and spends her time away from work with her family and friends, her standard poodle Luke and her sweet little granddaughter!

Tiana Lujan Jenner
Au.D., F-AAA, CCC-A
Dr. Tiana Lujan Jenner received her Bachelor’s degree in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences from the University of Colorado Boulder and her Doctorate of Audiology from University of The Pacific in San Francisco, California. Tiana is a licensed Audiologist in the State of Colorado, a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and maintains her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology.
Tiana’s passion for audiology stems from volunteering with newborn hearing screenings and health fairs in high school. In 2017 she participated on a mission trip to Ecuador with a team of audiologists who were able to help hundreds of patients in need. She enjoys the relationships she creates with patients and reconnecting them to family and friends. Tiana is committed to providing quality care by attending educational seminars and staying up to date with current research.
Tiana grew up in Colorado and spends her free time with her husband, family, and “Target” dog Lou. She also loves listening to live music, travel, and enjoying the Colorado outdoors.

Julia Gajewski
Au.D., CCC-A
Dr. Julia Gajewski attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Doctorate of Audiology (AuD). Julia is a licensed Audiologist in the State of Colorado and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association. Prior to joining Boulder Valley Hearing Associates, Julia was working as an audiologist in Arizona where she had the opportunity to work with a local non-profit organization who provided donated hearing aids to those in need. She enjoys helping others improve their communication with their loved ones and improving their quality of life. Outside of audiology, Julia is passionate about health and fitness, enjoys spending time outdoors, and spending time with her cat, Binx.

Melissa Williams
Au.D., CCC-A
Dr. Melissa Williams graduated from the University of Colorado with her Doctorate of Audiology. Before that, she attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a minor in Leadership Studies. Melissa is a licensed Audiologist in the State of Colorado, a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and maintains her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology.
Melissa is passionate about helping people connect or reconnect with the world around them through hearing healthcare. She focuses on patient-centered care and evidence-based practice. Melissa believes each patient has novel circumstances, goals, and needs. As a clinician, she is compelled to find creative and individualized solutions that are as distinct as the patients she sees. As a Colorado native, Melissa enjoys all the beauty Colorado has to offer. She is energetic and loves spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys traveling, going to the theatre, cheering for her Baylor Bears, cooking, running, dancing, and trying new hobbies (like rock climbing!)
